Carnegie Bay Cottage offers a perfect location within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, marinas, entertainment, boat tours, golf, and much more. The Cottage, located on Carnegie Bay's water, has easy access to the St. Lawrence River.
The rental is for the first floor. A ground floor is available for renting the family/game room or additional bedrooms and bathrooms. If you book the first floor, a second party will not be renting the ground floor. Call the owner for details.
The area is a private lot with plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or hanging out with friends and family. The waterfront is a different view from the river, with lots of birds, and good fishing. It's calming and peaceful, excellent for a Kayak ride.
Added in 2023, a gazebo to the deck for shade on those hot days.

We follow CDC guidelines to clean between rentals. All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60 degrees C / 140 degrees F using a laundry sanitizer that kills cold and flu viruses. We have added an Infrared light to the HVAC system and use Merv 13 air filters.
The rental rate is based on six people or less.

5/5 6/13/24 - 6/17/24 Perfect Alexandria Bay family home This home in Alexandria Bay was a perfect location for our small family gathering. The house is immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for making home cooked meals. Plus, the short walk to Alexandria Bay makes it a perfect location for enjoying all that the area has to offer. The available kayaks and yard games added to the fun! Paul is a wonderful host, and answered all of my questions, both before and during our stay. We would definitely love to stay at Paul’s place again in the future!

5/5 Amazing place and location! The property upon arrival was clean, organized and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with absolutely everything needed for preparing meals and grilling. Sleeping accomodations were comfortable for a good night's rest. Bathrooms and laundry appliances were all top notch. Quiet, peaceful water way access with excellent fishing and docks for launching kayaks. The property exceeded my expectations and a place we would definitely return to again! 7/9/2023 at 12:55 AM
5/5 Couldn't have asked for more! From start to finish this property has everything you need! Beautiful house, plenty of room and perfect location. It sounds silly but what was over the top were the amenities. There wasn't a dish, cooking item, or even bandaid that wasn't available if you needed it.
